Most cell phone screen and battery replacements take 30-60 minutes once we have the part. If we have your model in stock, we can usually have you out the door same-day. Call ahead at (229) 205-5069 and we'll have it ready for you.
02What's the free diagnostic actually cover?
We open up your device, run our diagnostic tests, and tell you exactly what's wrong + a flat-rate quote — at no cost to you. You only pay if you approve the repair. If you don't, we put it back together and you take it home for free.
03Do you fix water-damaged phones?
Yes — we can attempt water damage recovery, but results vary. The faster you bring it in (and the longer it stays off), the better the chance. We'll give you an honest assessment after the free diagnostic.
04Can you recover data from a dead hard drive?
In most cases, yes. We can recover data from failed SSDs and hard drives, water-damaged laptops, and dropped devices. Even when the device won't boot, your files are usually still recoverable. Bring it in and we'll let you know what's possible.
05Will fixing my phone void Apple's warranty?
If your device is still under manufacturer warranty, we'll be upfront with you about that before doing any work. For most older devices that are past their original warranty (or simply not covered for accidental damage), our repair is the most cost-effective path.
06Do you work on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles?
Absolutely — HDMI port replacements, disc drive repairs, controller drift, overheating, fan cleaning, and thermal paste reapplication on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch are bread-and-butter for us.
07Do you offer mail-in repair?
Yes. Call us at (229) 205-5069 first to confirm what's needed, then ship the device with insurance to our Bainbridge address. We diagnose, send you a quote, fix it on approval, and ship it back insured. Most mail-ins turn around inside a week.
08What forms of payment do you accept?
